We gladly accept returns that meet the criteria outlined in our return policy.
If your item qualifies, you will receive a store credit in the form of an Esmi’s Vogue E-Giftcard.
Returns must be sent back to us within 30 calendar days from the delivery date to be eligible for store credit.
Store credits will be emailed to the address used for your original order. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
